How do I check the status of my order?

Log into your account on the book website you placed your order (usually at the top right hand corner of the screen). Click on My Orders, and you will be able to see the status of your order.

How do I cancel or edit my order?

You can cancel or edit your order up until the time it ships. Contact Customer Service prior to your item(s) shipping via email at info@thecoremediagroup.com Monday - Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST.

When will my order ship?

Most orders will ship within 2-10 business days. International orders will ship within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation letting you know when your order has shipped along with tracking information. Once shipped, delivery times will depend on the carrier (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

Where can I order e-Books or Audiobooks?

If available, our titles will have eBooks and Audiobooks sold through a variety of retailers, including Amazon, Barnes & Noble, iBooks, Google Play, Kobo, etc.

How do I request a refund?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from The Core Media Group Inc.'s website and our book title's websites. However, orders submitted and shipped cannot be changed or cancelled. All sales are final. Please read carefully when entering your shipping information and choosing your shipping option at checkout. The Core Media Group is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS, FedEx, UPS, or any other carriers.

If your order is returned to us via the carrier due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, will will contact you. You as the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item. If you wish to cancel your returned order at that time, please note the total minus the original shipping costs will be refunded. Contact Customer Service via email at info@thecoremediagroup.com.

What if my order arrived with incorrect or damgaed items?

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship internationally to Canada and Mexico. Please allow additional processing and delivery time, as these packages will need to go through customs, and shipping times will vary. All of our products will be purchased online in US dollars.  You as the customer are responsible for all duties and customs, as these vary from country to country. Please contact your customs office in regards to duties, customs, taxes, etc.

What is a Pre-Order?

If the option is available, you can pre-order a book 1-3 months before its official release date. Simply place an order of the book on the website and checkout as usual. Please know that your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order. The order will ship on the book's release date.

You can contact authors via one of these means: 
1. Go to our Book An Author page
2. Check the website of the specific book and author you wish to reach. If the author has their information listed, you can contact them there.
3. We will forward messages/comments submitted using the Contact forms on this website or the book title website.
 
Please note a response will depend on the author's schedule and availability.

How do I request copyright permission to excerpt a product for copying, printing, or website purposes?
