What do you do when your faith seems to be spiraling downward? How do you reverse the process and get back on track? Who do you turn to when your faith is being assaulted and no answers seem to be coming? 
This is a description of the life of Matthew Stiles. He was a pastor, a preacher, a leader who was supposed to point the way for others. But he found himself facing a crisis in his own soul for which he didn't have the answers. Where could he go? Who could he turn to?

He needed some fresh wind. He needed a new movement of the hand of God. He needed an encounter with Christ that he had never experienced before. And God was about to deliver in a way he never anticipated.

Dr. Jirgal is the founder and director of The Jirgal Leadership Institute where he strives to equip people for success in leadership roles. He has been the director of Sports Medicine at Wingate University, area director for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and has served on the staff of Hickory Grove Baptist Church in Charlotte, NC, as well as leading Lakeview Baptist Church, in Monroe, NC as the Senior Pastor. He and his wife Pam have three children, Joshua, Caleb, and Sarah. They reside in Monroe, NC.
